**Network Security Engineer** We are looking for a skilled **Network Security Engineer** with strong expertise in **Zscaler** and **Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)** solutions to join our **Network Operations Center (NOC)** team. This role involves managing secure connectivity, troubleshooting, and optimizing global network security infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain **Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)** and **Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)** platforms. - Implement policies for secure web access, SSL inspection, and application control. - Configure and manage IPSec tunnels, Tunnel 1.0 & Tunnel 2.0. - Implement URL filtering, bandwidth control, and advanced threat protection. - Troubleshoot Zscaler-related issues and provide escalation support. - Design and maintain **SASE** architecture and Zero Trust security models. - Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools. - Perform incident response and root cause analysis for security events. - Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with global teams and maintain detailed documentation. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures. **Required Skills:** - Hands-on experience with Zscaler and SASE solutions implementation and BAU operation. - Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols. - Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response processes. - Excellent Network and Zscaler troubleshooting and communication skills. **Preferred Certifications:** **Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP)** **CCNA**
