Job description

**Role**-Network Swtiching and Routing **Exprience**-6 to 15 yrs. **Location**-Chennai/Kolkata. **Job Requirements-** - Must have good written and verbal communication skills - Experience creating detailed documents (SOP's, spreadsheets, flow & process diagrams) - Configuration and Maintaining Aruba Routing and Switching - Experience with wireless technologies (Aruba Wireless preferred) - Fortinet Firewall support and management - Experience with Security technologies - Experience with voice technologies desired - Network & Security configuration management - Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving VPN, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS Cloud, 4G cellular, Broadband WIFI and Wireless and OSPF, BGP protocols - Knowledge in Windows DNS, NTP, Support, monitor and manage the IP network - Maintain core switches, routers wireless controllers, access points, Mood music, Automatic transfer switches **Key Responsibilities-** - MPLS, BGP, OSPF Troubleshooting - WAN link health check, troubleshooting - Switch replacement, Switch stack configuration - Support Network voice devices - Manage wireless networks using Aruba infrastructure, including controllers, Access Points (APs), and Aruba Central - Detailed validation of production environment changes and planned and unplanned interruptions - Performance monitoring of various applications and web services to maintain quality of service and network stability - Remote troubleshooting and resolution - Driving Major Incidents, Sending Priority Notification - RCA and solutioning of recurring network issues
