**TCS hiring for Network Juniper & Aruba** **Skills:Aruba Wireless,Aruba Switches,Controllers,Access Points, Fortinet** **Location: Bangalore** **experience: 6 + years** **Must Have:** - **1. Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure** - **Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches** - **2. Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions** - **Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures** - **3. Knowledge in Aruba Wireless** - **4. Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently** - **Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks** - **5. Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment** - **6. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs** - **7. Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc.** - **8. Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)** - **9. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams** - **10. Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources** - **11. Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)**
