**Role & responsibilities** - **Network Engineer** **Total Experience- 8to 12 years** **Location - Hyderabad & Bangalore only** **Job description:** 1. **Strong hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of** 1. **Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs).** 2. **Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center** 3. **Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication** 2. **Deep understanding of:** 1. **Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)** 2. **RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming** 3. **Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types)** 4. **Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.** 3. **Manage installation of the new Wireless Access Points (Cisco)** 4. **Manage Wireless LAN technical issues through resolution** 5. **Identify and implement improvements to enhance wireless network performance** 6. **Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts** 7. **Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities** 1. **Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Cisco WLCs.** 2. **ITIL Certification.** 3. **Technical Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise Wireless, Cisco CWNA/CWNP and Ekahau ESS Certification.** 4. **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.** 5. **Good communication and documentation skills.** 6. **Ability to lead during critical incidents.**
