Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Nexthink Infinity Deployment Engineer to support the rollout and configuration of the Nexthink platform within a large (+100k, endpoints) highly regulated banking environment. The role focuses on technical deployment, endpoint coverage (Windows & macOS), and secure access configuration (RBAC). Key Responsibilities - Support deployment and configuration of Nexthink Infinity (Collectors, Engine, Portal). - Assist with large-scale rollout across Windows and macOS devices. - Configure and maintain Nexthink RBAC, aligned to enterprise security and compliance requirements. - Troubleshoot Nexthink collector, telemetry, and platform issues. - Work with EUC, Security, and Service teams to enable DEX use cases. - Support integrations with device management and ITSM platforms where required. Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with Nexthink Infinity deployment and configuration in a large scale environments (+30K endpoints). - Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS in enterprise environments. - Solid understanding of RBAC models, ideally within Nexthink. - Experience deploying agents via Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, or similar tools. - Comfortable working in regulated environments with strong security and compliance controls. Nice to Have - Experience supporting DEX or EUC analytics platforms. - Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations. - Exposure to privacy-by-design or employee data compliance concepts. **Mandatory Skills:** UxM - NexThink . **Experience:** 5-8 Years .
