**Job Requirements** Nexthink Engineer is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform to proactively monitor endpoint health and enhance user experience. This role includes designing and maintaining dashboards and investigations, analyzing endpoint telemetry to identify trends and issues, and collaborating with Remote Desktop Support and IT Operations teams to improve service reliability. Additionally, the engineer drives automation and remediation initiatives using Nexthink campaigns, use cases, and remote actions, while delivering reports and providing recommendations to support operational activities **Key Responsibilities** Nexthink Engineer is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the digital employee experience by analyzing endpoint telemetry, identifying performance issues, and proactively detecting trends that impact user productivity. The role also includes designing and maintaining Nexthink dashboards and investigations, leveraging automation and remediation capabilities to resolve endpoint issues efficiently, and collaborating with IT Support and Service Desk teams to gather insights and implement continuous improvements across the SD and End User computing environment
