**Job Title:** NICE CXone Developer **Location:** CHN / PUN / HYD / BLR **Experience:** 1+ Years **Availability:** Immediate Joiners/30 days & 60 days **Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced **NICE CXone Developer** with strong expertise in **IVR development** and scripting using NICE CXone. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with **REST APIs** and exposure to **digital channels**. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain **IVR solutions** using **NICE CXone scripting**. - Integrate and consume **REST APIs** for contact center workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. - (Good to have) Hands-on experience with **digital channels** such as **NICE DFO Chat**. - Troubleshoot and optimize NICE CXone applications for performance and reliability. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in **NICE CXone scripting** and IVR development. - Proficiency in working with **REST APIs** for integrations. - Good understanding of contact center technologies and workflows. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with **NICE DFO Chat** or other digital engagement channels. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
