We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Nice CXOne Senior Developer** **Experience Range: 3 to 10 Years** **Location: Pune** **Interview Date: 20th June 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue: Pune - SP2 - Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Sahyadri Park 2, Plot No. 5, MIDC SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-III, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411057, Maharashtra** **Must Have:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone CCaaS. - Strong knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX). - Experience with SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals. - Hands-on experience in contact center migration projects. **Good to Have:-** - Collaborate with project teams to design migration strategies from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone. - Assess existing Cisco infrastructure and map functionalities to CXone equivalents. - Configure NICE CXone environments including IVR, ACD, routing, and integrations. - Ensure seamless connectivity between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, etc.). - Conduct functional and performance testing during migration phases. - Validate call flows, routing logic, and reporting post-migration. - Resolve technical issues during migration and post-cutover. - Work closely with Cisco and NICE support teams for escalations. **Essential:** - NICE CXone modules (IVR, ACD, WFM, Studio). - Cisco CUCM, CVP, Finesse, and related components. - NICE CXone certification. - Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education. - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
