**NNMi Administrator (Network Monitoring) Walkin Interview@ Greater Noida** **Infrastructure Automation Developer - Ansible** **Location: Greater Noida** **Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Yamuna Tower VI, Plot No. 22, Greater Noida, Sector135, Noida - 201301** **Experience: 8 years to 15 years** **Interview Mode: Walk In Drive** **Interview Date: 22nd Aug 2025 (Saturday)** **Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 1: 00 PM** **Must-Have:** 7 to 10 Years of experience into NNMi/ Open text NOM - Strong experience with: - **OpenText NOM (Network Operations Management)** - **NNMi (Network Node Manager i)** - Network monitoring and event management expertise. - Good understanding of: - TCP/IP - SNMP - ICMP - Syslog - DNS - DHCP - Routing and Switching - Experience with fault, performance, and availability monitoring. - Knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and data center environments. - Linux administration knowledge. - Experience in alarm correlation, event suppression, and monitoring optimization. - Experience with: - ServiceNow Integration - Network Automation - Python, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell - NetFlow/NTA solutions - Wireshark packet analysis - Knowledge of cloud monitoring (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Experience with High Availability (HA) deployments of NOM/NNMi **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and administer **OpenText NOM (Network Operations Management)** and **NNMi (Network Node Manager i)** platforms. - Configure and maintain network discovery, monitoring policies, thresholds, alarms, and event correlation. - Monitor enterprise network infrastructure including: - Routers - Switches - Firewalls - Load Balancers - Wireless Controllers - Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot network incidents. - Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. - Integrate NOM/NNMi with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools. - Configure SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow monitoring solutions. - Support incident, problem, and change management activities. - Collaborate with network engineering and operations teams to improve monitoring coverage and reduce MTTR. - Develop automation scripts for monitoring administration and reporting activities. - Ensure monitoring platform availability, health, and performance. **15 years of Continuous Education.**
