NOC Server EKS Engineer

**Job Title:** NOC Server Engineer (AWS/Azure & EKS) **Experience:** 6+ Years **Location:** Bangalore (Work from Office 5 Days) **Notice Period:** Immediate to 15 Days **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **NOC Server Engineer** to provide 24x7 production support for AWS and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux/Windows administration, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, cloud networking, monitoring, and incident management. **Key Responsibilities** - Support and troubleshoot Linux & Windows servers in AWS and Azure. - Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents in production environments. - Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus. - Troubleshoot Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, nodes, and workloads. - Support Terraform-based infrastructure changes. - Perform cloud networking troubleshooting (VPC, VNet, DNS, Routing, Security Groups, Load Balancers). - Maintain incident documentation, RCA, and shift handovers using ServiceNow/Jira. **Required Skills** - AWS (EC2, VPC, CloudWatch) - Azure (VMs, VMSS, Azure Monitor, VNet) - Linux & Windows Server Administration - Kubernetes (EKS) - Terraform - Cloud Networking - ServiceNow / Jira - NOC Operations & 24x7 Support - Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
