Experience : 1-3 Years Job Title- Non- IT Recruiter Location- Bangalore (Bellandur) Key Responsibilities : 1. Handle end to end recruitment for Non-IT roles 2. Source candidates through Job Portals, social media, references and other channels. 3. Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with Stakeholders 5. Manage candidate follow-ups and other closures 6. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates 7. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. 8. Meet hiring targets withing defined timelines. Required Skills: 1. Experience in non-IT recruitment ( Tele-collection, Sales, Operations roles preferred ) 2. Strong Sourcing and screening skills. 3. Good communication and coordination abilities 4. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously 5. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, indeed etc 6. Fluency in Hindi.
