✅ **Core Legacy Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with: - HP NonStop platform - COBOL programming - C++ (legacy system experience) - TACL scripting - Enscribe files - SQL/MP database - Deep understanding of **batch processing, file-based systems, and legacy architecture** ✅ **Functional & Analytical Skills** - Strong ability to **interpret and document complex business logic** - Experience in **business rule extraction and reverse engineering** - Good understanding of system dependencies and workflows - Ability to debug and analyze legacy system issues ✅ **Modernization Exposure** - Experience supporting **legacy-to-cloud or re-engineering programs** - Understanding of modern technologies like: - .NET - APIs - cloud platforms (Azure preferred) - Ability to map legacy logic to modern architecture ✅ **AI & Agile Experience** - Exposure to **AI-assisted tools for code analysis and documentation** - Experience working in **Agile delivery models** - Ability to work in **human + AI collaborative environments**
