NPI Engineer

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and processes. - Develop detailed designs, specifications, and documentation for new products using tools such as BOM creation software (e.g. ECN). - Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and suppliers throughout the NPI process. **Job Requirements :** - 3-8 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering or related field. - Strong understanding of DFX (Design for Six Sigma), ECN (Engineering Change Note), and other relevant methodologies. - Proficiency in creating accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) using specialized software like ECN.
