- **Staff Supervision:** Create duty rosters, assign scrub/circulating nurses, and evaluate team performance. - **Workflow Coordination:** Check surgery booking registers, manage scheduling, and ensure operational readiness. - **Safety & Sterility:** Enforce aseptic techniques, manage biomedical waste, and verify surgical safety checklists. - **Inventory Management:** Oversee surgical instruments, monitor equipment functionality, and indent supplies. - **Interdepartmental Liaison:** Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the biomedical/quality departments
