**Job Title: O2C Cash Application Analysts Tier 1 and Tier 2** **Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India On Site** **Face to Face Interview at Vadodara (Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts** ) We are hiring Cash Application Analysts for our Global Shared Services Order to Cash team. We are looking for both entry level and experienced professionals to support and optimize cash application processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Level 1 Cash Application Analyst Entry Level ( 1-3 years of relevant experience required)** **Overview** This role supports the cash application process by applying customer payments to open invoices using HighRadius and or Emagia platforms. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness in cash application. **Key Responsibilities** - Apply customer payments including checks ACH and wires accurately - Match payments to open invoices and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments - Process remittances received through multiple channels such as email CLS DMS and EIPP - Escalate discrepancies to relevant internal teams for resolution - Monitor cash application queues and ensure service levels are met - Assist with month end reporting and reconciliation - Maintain and update process documentation - Collaborate with internal teams across systems and modules **Education and Experience** Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field **Technical Skills** - **Basic knowledge of SAP S4 HANA required** - **Exposure to HighRadius or similar tools preferred** - **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook** **Soft Skills** Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication Problem solving mindset and willingness to learn Strong teamwork and collaboration skills **Level 2 Cash Application Analyst Experienced (3-6 Years Of Experience in cash application or O2C functions Required)** **Overview** This role is responsible for managing and optimizing cash application processes with a focus on automation analytics and continuous improvement. The position requires strong domain expertise and stakeholder collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - **Manage automated and manual cash application processes independently** - **Analyze unapplied cash and drive resolution with internal teams** - **Act as subject matter expert for HighRadius and or Emagia processes** - **Lead and support process improvement initiatives** - **Reconcile discrepancies between ERP and cash application systems** - **Generate performance metrics support audits and ensure compliance** - **Train and mentor junior team members** - **Support system integrations and user acceptance testing** **Education and Experience** Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field - **Hands on experience with HighRadius or similar tools required** - **Technical Skills** - **Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA required** - **Advanced expertise in HighRadius modules including CRD CLS DMS and EIPP** - **Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups** - **Understanding of banking formats such as BAI and MT940** **Soft Skills** Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Ability to lead process improvement initiatives Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage complex scenarios Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
