**Job Title:** O2C Collections Specialist (B2B Collections) **Experience:** 4+ Years **Location:** Kochi **Shift:** Night Shift (Full-Time) Job Description We are hiring an experienced **O2C Collections Specialist** with strong expertise in **B2B Collections**. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **4 years of relevant experience** in Order-to-Cash (O2C) collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage customer accounts and drive timely collections. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end **B2B collections** and follow up on outstanding invoices. - Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables. - Investigate and resolve payment disputes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate collection records. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate collections. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues. - Prepare aging reports, collection MIS, and other performance reports. - Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and collection SLAs. Required Skills - Minimum **4+ years of experience** in **O2C (Order-to-Cash) Collections**. - **Mandatory expertise in B2B Collections**. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is an added advantage. - Proficiency in MS Excel. Mandatory Requirements - 4+ years of relevant experience in O2C Collections. - Strong hands-on experience in B2B Collections. - Excellent communication skills. - Willingness to work **Night Shift (Full-Time)**. - Work Location: **Kochi**.
