Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37992 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - HYDERABAD - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **O365 - Sr Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** The Microsoft 365 Migration Architect is responsible for **designing, configuring, and executing tenant‑to‑tenant migrations** of **Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams** using **Quest On Demand Migration (ODM)**. This role owns the **end‑to‑end M365 migration architecture**, including tool setup, security, pilot execution, wave‑based cutovers, and post‑migration validation, while ensuring minimal business disruption and a seamless end‑user experience. **Migration Architecture & Design** - Design **tenant‑to‑tenant Microsoft 365 migration architecture** for Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams - Define migration strategy (pilot, wave‑based, or phased cutover) - Validate target tenant readiness including - - Licensing - - Exchange Online configuration - SharePoint & OneDrive provisioning - Teams policies and prerequisites - Define cutover sequencing and rollback strategy **Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) Setup** - Configure **Quest ODM** for source and target tenants - Register applications and configure **required API permissions** - Set up: - - Directory sync & user matching - Mailbox migration jobs - OneDrive migration jobs - Teams & Teams chat migration
