Job description

**Must-Have Technical:** - **Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.** - **Manage identity and access across Azure AD/Entra ID and onprem AD: user lifecycle, groups, conditional access, SSO, MFA, and hybrid (Azure AD Connect/Cloud Sync).** - **Design and enforce Intune (MEM) policies for MDM/MAM: device enrollment (Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, macOS), compliance, configuration profiles, app protection and app configuration policies.** - **Implement security baselines, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365 integrations, and DLP/Information Protection (labels, sensitivity, retention) where applicable.** - **Develop and maintain PowerShell automation (Graph/Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/Intune modules) for provisioning, reporting, monitoring, and remediation.** - **Operate and improve monitoring/alerting dashboards and reports (e.g., service health, message trace, audit logs, signin logs, endpoint compliance).** - **Troubleshoot user and service issues endtoend (identity, mail flow, Teams calling/meetings, SharePoint permissions, device enrollment) and drive RCAs with preventive actions.** - **Support change/release management, patching, and feature rollouts; maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).** - **Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards (e.g., data residency, retention, access controls)** **Good-to-Have • 47 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (hybrid preferred).** - **Strong PowerShell skills for automation (scripting, functions, scheduled jobs) and experience with Microsoft Graph and relevant PowerShell modules.** - **Hands-on Intune experience covering MDM/MAM, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Update for Business, and Autopilot.** - **Good understanding of identity/security: Conditional Access, MFA, authentication methods, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit.** - **Practical knowledge of Exchange Online (mail flow, connectors, transport rules), Teams (policies, voice basics), SharePoint/OneDrive (sharing/governance).** - **Experience troubleshooting hybrid identity (AAD Connect/cloud sync), group policies vs. modern management, and device enrollment failures**
