Our 27,500+ global team members, located in 18 countries, have been instrumental in helping the market leaders transform their industries. **About Position** We are looking for an Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) Developer to join our Security Practice, responsible for designing and implementing multi-factor and adaptive authentication solutions across enterprise applications. - **Role: OAA Developer** - **Location: Hyderabad** - **Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You’ll Do:** - Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) and OAM-based authentication flows. - Integrate MFA and adaptive/risk-based authentication into enterprise and customer-facing applications. - Configure authentication policies, factors (OTP, push, FIDO), and step-up authentication. - Build and maintain REST API integrations between OAA and downstream applications. - Troubleshoot authentication issues and tune policies for security and user experience. - Document configurations and support production deployments and upgrades. **Expertise You’ll Bring:** - Between 8 to 12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management / authentication engineering. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM). - Strong understanding of MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). - Experience with REST API development and integration. - Working knowledge of Java, WebLogic, and LDAP/Active Directory. - Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. - Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
