Observability Engineer

Job description

**Key Skills:** Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Enhance, administer, and support observability platforms including Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, NewRelic, Grafana, FullStory, and PagerDuty. - Apply monitoring and observability best practices to improve system availability, performance, and service quality. - Analyze complex business and technical challenges and recommend effective monitoring and observability solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and application monitoring initiatives. - Drive innovation in observability solutions for B2C and B2B platforms, backend systems, and supply chain services. **Skills Required:** - Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, AppDynamics, and New Relic. - Strong understanding of monitoring concepts, metrics, logs, traces, and alerting strategies. - Experience working with performance monitoring tools such as PerfMon and related developer tools. - Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. - Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application performance issues. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams. **Education:** Any Graduation
