**ODX Author Engineer – Automotive Diagnostics** 📍 **Location:** Pune 💼 **Experience:** 5 to 10 Years ⏳ **Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days 📌 **Open Positions:** 2 We are looking for an experienced **ODX Author Engineer** with strong expertise in **ODX/PDX diagnostic data authoring, UDS diagnostics, ECU diagnostics implementation, and vehicle communication protocols** across automotive programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Author, maintain, and validate **ODX/PDX diagnostic data** in compliance with ASAM standards. - Develop and manage diagnostic specifications for **ECU functions, DIDs, RIDs, DTCs, and diagnostic sessions** . - Integrate ODX data into tools such as **CANdelaStudio, ODX Studio, DTS Monaco, INCA, and CANoe** . - Support ECU diagnostics implementation and validation activities. - Debug and resolve diagnostic-related issues, including: - Routine failures - DTC behavior mismatches - DID read/write inconsistencies - Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and diagnostics teams for: - Requirement clarification - Issue resolution - Release alignment - Support diagnostics testing over **CAN, DoIP, Ethernet, and UDS protocols** . - Participate in diagnostic data reviews and quality checks. - Ensure compliance with OEM diagnostic standards and project requirements. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of **ODX (ASAM MCD-2D) standards** . - Hands-on experience with: - CANdelaStudio / ODX Authoring Tools - DTS Monaco - CANoe / CANalyzer - INCA - Good understanding of: - **UDS (ISO 14229)** - **DoIP (ISO 13400)** - **CAN & Ethernet Communication Protocols** - Experience in: - DIDs, RIDs, DTCs - Diagnostic Session Control - Routine Control (Calibration / Alignment Routines) - ECU Diagnostics Validation - Strong debugging and log analysis skills. 🛠️ **Tools & Technologies:** CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco, CANdelaStudio, INCA, ODX Studio, UDS, DoIP, CAN, Ethernet 🚀 **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with **AUTOSAR Diagnostics (DCM, DEM)** . - Exposure to **SOVD (Service-Oriented Vehicle Diagnostics)** . - OEM diagnostics development experience. - Experience working on connected vehicle diagnostics and next-generation vehicle architectures. 🎓 **Education:** BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech – Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Automotive Engineering 📧 **Application Details:** Kindly share your updated resume at: **Shital.Jakkulwar@tatatechnologies.com** 👉 Please mention **"ODX Author Engineer"** in the email subject line. **Mandatory Details to be Shared:** ✔ Total Experience ✔ Relevant Experience in ODX Authoring ✔ Experience in UDS Diagnostics ✔ Experience with CANdelaStudio / DTS Monaco / CANoe ✔ Current Location ✔ Preferred Location ✔ Current CTC ✔ Expected CTC ✔ Notice Period (Immediate to 30 Days) **Additional Details:** ▪️ If serving notice, please mention your **Last Working Day (LWD)** ▪️ If already relieved, mention **LWD & reason for leaving** ▪️ If any career gap, kindly specify the reason
