The Office Executive will handle day-to-day office administration, including managing documentation, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting internal processes to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves interacting with customers and internal stakeholders, handling queries, routing calls and emails, and providing service support as needed. The Office Executive will also assist with basic accounting-related tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and expense documentation, following internal compliance and reporting standards. Collaboration with various teams, adherence to organizational policies, and timely completion of assigned tasks are central to this role. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. - Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily office operations and documentation. - Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills to support record-keeping, billing, and expense tracking. - Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy. - Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills. - Candidates should have a minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field; experience in financial services or office administration is an advantage.
