**Job Description** - Supervise compliance to all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements. - Complete self-training and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs - Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Managers. - Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs. - Responsible to complete the assigned trainings, applicable for workgroup “QA - Document review -GOA” in the L2LMS (SABA). - Preparation/Revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). - Handling of customer requirements/ notifications. - Handling of Market complaints, OOS, CAPA, change controls and deviations. - Investigation and closure of Market Complaints, ADE’s, OOS, Failures and Deviations. - Trending of Market complaints and OOS. - Preparation/compilation of Monthly reports. - To comply current EHS Management Systems of Site. **Work Experience** 2-4 years experience. **Education** Graduation in Pharmacy Masters in Pharmacy **Competencies**
