**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile** You will be responsible for supporting the operational, administrative, and documentation functions. This role ensures smooth processing of financial transactions, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with internal departments to uphold compliance and service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Documentation & Record Keeping: - Maintain and update customer records, loan files, and KYC documents. - Ensure proper filing and digital archiving of agreements and contracts. - Loan Processing Support: - Assist in pre- and post-loan disbursement activities. - Verify application details and coordinate with credit and risk teams. - Data Entry & MIS Reporting: - Enter & verify Customer data into internal systems. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management on disbursements, collections, delinquencies, and portfolio performance. - Develop and maintain dashboards for senior management using tools like Excel / Power BI - Provide insights and trends to support business planning and forecasting - Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows using macros, SQL queries, or scripting tools. - Coordination & Communication: - Liaise with sales team, credit operations, and any other internal stakeholders as required. - Liaise with the sales team, credit operations, and other internal stakeholders as needed, and communicate with merchants regarding activations and other queries. - Respond to internal queries and escalate issues as needed. - Compliance & Audit Support: - Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation. - System Operations: - Operate SFDC & other platforms for creation, deactivation or mapping requirements. - Monitor system alerts and resolve operational discrepancies.
