**Role & responsibilities** and **Preferred candidate profile** **Officer Role** : You will be responsible for acquiring merchants and driving adoption of QR code and EDC (POS terminal) payment solutions. The role involves field sales, merchant onboarding, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets through active promotion of digital payment products. Role: You will be responsible for acquiring merchants and driving the adoption of digital payment solutions, including QR,SB and EDC (POS terminals). The role involves field sales, merchant onboarding, relationship management, and generating leads for Personal Loan (PL) products through calling and field activities. You will also be expected to achieve revenue targets through active promotion of these digital payment products. Key Responsibilities: - Merchant Acquisition: - Identify and onboard new merchants for QR code and EDC terminal deployment. - Conduct field visits and lead generation in assigned territory. - Product Promotion: - Educate merchants on benefits of digital payments, transaction security, and settlement processes. - Promote value-added services like UPI, EMI options, and loyalty programs. - Sales Target Achievement: - Meet monthly targets for merchant activation, transaction volumes, and revenue generation. - Call and generate leads for Personal Loans (PL) and log cases in the system. - Achieve defined PL targets in addition to merchant onboarding - Track and report daily sales activities and pipeline progress. - Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure continued usage. - Resolve merchant issues related to device functionality, settlements, or customer experience. - Documentation & Compliance: - Collect and verify KYC documents for merchant onboarding. - Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines for payment acceptance. **Senior Officer Role :** **Team leader:** You will be responsible for driving & motivating sales officers focused on acquiring merchants and adoption of QR code and EDC (POS terminal) payment solutions. This role involves strategic planning, performance tracking, and ensuring high levels of merchant engagement and activation. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Officers to acquire merchants, drive adoption of QR code and EDC (POS terminal) payment solutions, and achieve Personal Loan (PL) lead generation targets. This role includes strategic planning, performance tracking, and ensuring high levels of merchant engagement and activation Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: - Train, motivate and drive a team of Sales officers to achieve salestargets. - Train, motivate and drive a team of Sales officers to achieve sales & PL targets. - Conduct regular field coaching sessions. - Conduct regular field coaching and call monitoring sessions - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement sales plans to drive merchant acquisition and transaction growth. - Monitor daily field activities and ensure adherence to sales processes. - Monitor daily field and calling activities to ensure adherence to processes. - Merchant Acquisition & Retention: - Support the team in onboarding merchants for QR and EDC solutions. - Support the team in onboarding merchants for QR, EDC solutions and logging PL cases. - Ensure high activation rates and sustained usage through relationship management. - Ensure high merchant activation rates, sustained usage of digital payment solutions, and achievement of Personal Loan (PL) targets through effective relationship management. - Reporting & Analytics: - Track performance of sales officers metrics including activations, transactions, and revenue. - Track performance metrics of Sales Officers, including activations, Personal Loan (PL) cases, transactions, and revenue - Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management. - Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure proper KYC collection and adherence to regulatory guidelines. - Audit merchant documentation and resolve onboarding discrepancies. - Stakeholder Coordination: - Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve merchant issues. - Liaise with internal stakeholdersincluding Operations, Credit, and Collections—to resolve merchant and Personal Loan (PL) related issues.
