**Business Function** Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** - Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) operations, including customer onboarding, account opening, and ongoing customer due diligence - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures - Conduct thorough reviews of customer documentation and information to verify identity, source of funds, and assess risk profiles - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries, address discrepancies, and provide timely updates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the bank's systems - Assist in the implementation and enhancement of KYC processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Participate in training and development activities to stay informed of regulatory changes and best practices in KYC operations **Requirements** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in KYC operations or customer due diligence within the banking or financial services industry - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy - Proficient in using banking systems and software applications related to KYC and customer onboarding - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards **Location:** Chennai-DBIL **Job:** Operations **Schedule:** Regular **Employee Status:** Full time
