This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely delivery of finished products. The position involves managing material requirements, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning procurement with production plans to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory. The role includes preparing and updating production plans, tracking work orders, resolving bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement teams. The incumbent will also support documentation, reporting, and adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement in production planning and material control processes. **Qualifications** - Strong experience in manufacturing operations and production planning within pharmaceutical or related industries. - Knowledge of quality control principles and practices, supporting compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements. - Ability to participate in and support training activities related to production processes, SOPs, and material management. - Research and analytical skills to forecast demand, analyze production data, and optimize material usage and inventory levels. - Experience in or familiarity with highly regulated sectors (e.g., food or healthcare industries) where stringent quality and safety standards apply. - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Proficiency in ERP or production planning software, with strong Excel and data management skills. - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. - Ability
