Quest Global maintains a transparent recruitment process and never requests payment at any stage of hiring. **Role Description** The Oil and Gas Field-Integrity Engineer, Corrosion Engineering role at Quest Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and managing integrity and corrosion risks in oil and gas assets, including pipelines, production facilities, and associated infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing design and operational data, conducting corrosion and integrity analyses, recommending mitigation measures, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support reservoir and drilling operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans. The role also requires participation in field visits, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and safety. **Qualifications** - Strong foundational knowledge in Petroleum, Petroleum Engineering, and Oil & Gas industry operations. - Experience or familiarity with Reservoir Management and its impact on field integrity and corrosion behavior. - Understanding of Drilling activities and their interaction with well integrity, completion design, and corrosion control. - Proficiency in corrosion engineering principles, integrity management systems, and relevant international standards (e.g., NACE, API). - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. - Ability to analyze technical data, use engineering software tools, and prepare clear reports and recommendations. - Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in field and office environments. - Experience in oil and gas field operations, asset integrity, or corrosion management is highly beneficial.
