This global presence and culture of innovation provide ample opportunities for growth, learning, and cross-border collaboration. **Role Description** The Olt Integration Engineer is responsible for integrating, configuring, and maintaining Optical Line Terminal (OLT) systems within telecom networks. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves working with network engineering teams to implement OLT solutions, performing system installations and upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The engineer will troubleshoot and resolve OLT-related issues, monitor performance, and help optimize network reliability and scalability. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, document technical procedures, and support deployment projects in alignment with customer requirements and internal standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. **Qualifications** - Solid understanding of OLT, GPON/EPON technologies, and broadband access networks, with experience integrating OLT systems into telecom environments. - Hands-on skills in network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching), and familiarity with common network monitoring tools. - Ability to work with Linux or similar operating systems, command-line tools, and basic scripting for automation or configuration management. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for deployments, documenting configurations and processes, and following standardized implementation procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under time constraints. - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Prior experience in telecom network operations, FTTH/FTTx deployments, or ISP environments is highly beneficial.
