Job description

**Key Responsibilities-** - Provide L2/L3 support for IBM Sterling OMS. - Monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end order lifecycle: - Understanding about Order creation, scheduling, release, fulfillment, Integrations (WMS, ERP systems) - Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance. - Monitor technical alerts, master data feeds, and system health - Troubleshoot integration failures, stuck messages, and data inconsistencies - Perform log analysis, triaging, and recommend workarounds. - Execute data fixes / XML updates / configuration changes (non-code) - Manage user roles and access - Support deployments, communication, and post-release validation (sanity testing) - Conduct performance monitoring and coordinate with IBM for critical issues (PMR) - Prepare WSR, MSR, reports, and incident trend analysis - Participate in business, IT, and L3 team discussions - Maintain SOPs and documentation **Required Skills** - **Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS** - **Hands-on with:** Order Hub, Call Center, Intelligent Promising - System Management Console (SMC) - 2-3 years in OMS production support (L2/L3) - **Strong knowledge of:** Order lifecycle & fulfillment flows OMS integrations (ERP, WMS, APIs) - **Experience in:** REST/SOAP APIs, XAPI, messaging (JMS/MQ) SQL for data analysis & troubleshooting - **Familiarity with:** JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, Datadog. - **Nice to Have** Performance tuning experience Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud) DevOps/CI-CD knowledge Please share your updated resume to ValarmathiV1@hexaware.com
