**Must Have Technical/Functional Skills** Artwork, OneArt **Roles & Responsibilities** **Position Overview** We are looking for a skilled **Artwork & Packaging Specialist** with strong domain expertise and hands-on experience in **Artwork Management Systems such as OneArt (or similar platforms)**. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end artwork lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across packaging and labeling operations, particularly in regulated industries like Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the **end-to-end artwork lifecycle**: creation, review, approval, and version control - Configure and support **Artwork Management Systems** (e.g., OneArt or equivalent platforms) - Collaborate with **Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, QA, and Supply Chain teams** - Ensure artwork complies with **regulatory, branding, and labeling standards** - Support **packaging change management** and artwork updates - Handle **approval workflows, proofreading cycles, and audit trails** - Maintain **labeling content, packaging specifications, and templates** - Configure **system workflows, user roles, and permissions** - Integrate artwork systems with **ERP (SAP) or other enterprise platforms** - Troubleshoot system and workflow issues - Develop and maintain **SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines** - Provide **training and user support** to ensure effective system adoption - Drive **process improvements and standardization initiatives** **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong experience in **Artwork & Packaging domain** - Hands-on experience with **OneArt or similar Artwork Management Systems** - Knowledge of **labeling, packaging design, and artwork workflows** - Experience with **change control, versioning, and approval processes** - Understanding of **regulatory compliance and quality requirements** - Familiarity with **packaging lifecycle management** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience integrating artwork systems with **SAP (MM/SD) or SCM systems** - Exposure to tools such as **Esko, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Blue Software, Loftware, etc.** - Knowledge of **pharma labeling regulations (if applicable)** or FMCG packaging standards - Basic familiarity with **design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)** - Experience with **serialization or barcode standards (GS1)** - Certification or formal training in artwork/packaging systems
