**Hexaware is hiring for the social media ORM process.** Eligibility: - HSC/Graduate - Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process and ORM (Online Reputation Management) experience **Work Schedule:** - 247 Rotational Shifts (9-hour shifts) - 5 Working Days - 2 Rotational Week Offs **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide customer support through social media and email - Handle customer queries and complaints across social media platforms and email - Ensure timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution **Interview Process:** - HR Round - Email Assessment - Chat Versant - Operations Round - Client Round - Typing Test (30 WPM with 90% Accuracy) **Transport Boundaries**: - Ghatkopar to Ambernath - Panvel to Chembur - Panvel to Thane If you're interested or know someone who would be a good fit, feel free to get in touch.
