Job description

- Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services - Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc - Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture - Hands on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen. - Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns. - Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP. - Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java , C# etc. - Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure; - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions. - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
