Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Develop, configure, and customize IBM OpenPages GRC solutions based on business requirements. - Design and implement OpenPages workflows, configurations, security rules, role templates, and object models. - Develop and maintain custom components such as Triggers, JSP Helpers, task views, and integrations. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and global stakeholders to translate user stories into technical solutions. - Perform application maintenance, production support, defect resolution, and performance optimization. - Build and support integrations between OpenPages and enterprise applications, databases, and reporting tools. - Create technical designs, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices. - Support deployment activities, configuration migrations, and environment management. - Work within an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement. - Partner with Cognos and reporting teams to support reporting requirements and data availability. **Preferred candidate profile** - 710 years of experience in IBM OpenPages development and implementation. - Strong hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages GRC Platform (v7.3 or later, preferably 8.x/9.x). - Expertise in OpenPages Workflow Development, Configuration, Triggers, and JSP Helpers. - Good programming knowledge in Java/J2EE with experience customizing the OpenPages platform. - Experience working with Oracle/SQL and IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS). - Hands-on experience integrating OpenPages with enterprise applications using APIs, databases, or other integration mechanisms. - Exposure to IBM Cognos reporting is highly preferred. - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or Model Risk Management (MRG) domains is an advantage. - Familiarity with Task Focused UI, Jenkins/CI-CD, Batch Jobs, and Shell Scripting is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills with experience working in Agile teams.
