**About the Role** NoBroker is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-driven professionals to join our **Open Plot Sales Team** in Bengaluru. Candidates with **real estate sales experience** are highly preferred, and **experience in open plot sales will be considered a strong advantage.** **Key Responsibilities** - Generate and manage leads for open plot sales. - Meet prospective customers and explain project details. - Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the buying journey. - Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. **Eligibility Criteria** - Minimum Qualification: **Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)** - Experience in **Real Estate Sales** is preferred. - Experience in **Open Plot Sales** will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. - Willingness to work in **Field Sales**. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
