Opening For FNR - SAP Support / Operations (L2)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Managing production application support. - To understand the business process and provide consultation services. - Provide Business analyst perspective to the recurring incidents and help in RCA of the problems. - Driving timely resolution of customer issues within the expected SLA. - Preparing and maintaining KEDB for all the known issues. - Coordination with Product team / Development team for the next level support, bug-fixes and deliveries. **Experience :** - Total Experience: 1-2 Years - Relevant Experience : Upto 1 Year in any SAP FNR **Primary Skills:** - Strong working knowledge on SAP FNR module is must. - Knowledge relateSAP Forecasting & Replenishment architecture - Good hands-on Demand forecasting, Replenishment planning, order proposal generation, Safety stock calculation etc. - Exception management and alert monitoring - Knowledge of production support, client interaction and issue resolution. - Good communications skills - Ability to articulate clearly in English. - Willing to work in shifts. - Good Analytical, Problem-Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills. - Knowledge of project management and transition. \\* **Any Graduation /PG in IT** If interested kindly shared the CV on rinita.malwankar@ril.com
