Function: Project Management | Experience: 16 - 20 years. Role Profile:- This is a high customer-facing role requiring the individual to act as the bridge between the customer, and manufacturing site. Job Summary:- • Looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Project Management to lead and coordinate customer-oriented pharmaceutical projects at our OSD formulation manufacturing facility. • The role will be responsible for end-to-end management of CMO/CDMO projects, serving as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams. to drive project execution, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, and customer expectations. • The candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical project management, OSD manufacturing, customer management, technology transfer, and cross-functional coordination, with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:- • Customer Interface & Relationship Management • End-to-End CMO/CDMO Project Management • Cross-Functional Coordination • Commercial & Operational Coordination Required Qualifications:- • Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. • Aualification/certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) would be an advantage. • 16-20 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in OSD formulation manufacturing, CMO/CDMO, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical project management. • Strong experience in managing customer-facing pharmaceutical projects. • Experience in managing projects involving technology transfer, scale-up, validation, and commercial manufacturing is highly desirable.
