**Primary Responsibilities:-** - The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site. - Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time. - Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base - Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer - Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base **Secondary Responsibilities:-** - Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical - Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
