Job description

The Lead Trainer will oversee the delivery of Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, and Leadership training to employees, along with developing training materials. Daily responsibilities involve conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions for designated participants, revamping training content, creating E-learning modules and videos, generating and updating training schedules, engaging with stakeholders regularly, and performing Training Needs Assessments (TNIs). Timely reporting, addressing email inquiries, and consistently organizing training data and documentation are integral aspects of the role.
