Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our hiring process, the position, or our company. **TCS is hiring for EUC Admin Position for Pune Location**. **Interested candidates can apply.** **Interview date : 16 -JULY-26** **Experience : 4 to 8 Years.** **Mode: Virtual Interview.** **Please find the below JD** **Endpoint Administration** - Manage and support Windows & Mac endpoints. - Install, configure, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, & peripheral devices. - Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance. - Ensure endpoint security compliance and policy adherence. **User Support & Incident Management** - Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues. - Coordinate with L3 Customer teams for issue resolution. **Endpoint Management (SCCM)** - Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches. - Monitor endpoint health and compliance. **Documentation & Reporting** - Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles. - Generate operational reports and dashboards.
