Job description

**TCS is hiring for Microsoft Intune Position for Hyderabad / Kolkata Location**. **Please find the below JD:** **•** Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for Intune-managed Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security settings, app protection, and app configuration policies.• Administer and optimize SCCM deployments: build and manage task sequences, integrate SCCM with Intune, handle patch management, and deploy OS images.• Implement and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined provisioning and deployment of devices, ensuring seamless co-management.• Configure and maintain Enrollment Status Page (ESP) to monitor and control device enrollment progress, ensuring compliance and readiness for user access during initial setup of Windows devices managed by Intune.• Manage and support kiosk device configurations for Windows platforms, applying Intune policies to enforce secure, single-purpose device operation and optimize device performance for business-critical applications.• Administer Hybrid Join scenarios, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD to facilitate secure device authentication, access control, and compliance for Windows endpoints within a hybrid enterprise environment.• Support Entra Join processes to enable cloud-only device registration and authentication, ensuring proper Intune configuration and policy enforcement for secure, compliant device management across Windows & Mac devices.• Develop, test, and deploy application packages (MSI, EXE, APPX, Mac PKG, DMG) using SCCM, Intune, and other deployment tools; ensure compatibility and security compliance.• Provide advanced support for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including troubleshooting device connectivity, app deployment, policy enforcement, app protection, and app configuration on iOS and Android platforms.• Collaborate closely with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, leading in the diagnosis and resolution of escalated incidents and root cause analysis.• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify potential issues in device configuration, network connectivity, and application deployments.• Document technical solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing and compliance requirements.• Integrate and manage Apple Business Manager and Android Administrator for device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management across enterprise environments. **Interested Candidate Please share the below Details:** 1.
