• Should have 2 to 4 years of overall experience & minimum 1 year as a Desktop Support Engineer on papers. • Looking for Immediate joiners. • Should be flexible in working for 24/7 shifts with 6 days working. • Should have Hands on experience on - End user support/Backup recovery/Troubleshooting/Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Windows Patching/SCCM/Symantec/Ticketing tools/Blue Dum Error/Password Reset/Antivirus/Windows Server. • Diagnose and troubleshoot voice-related issues, both hardware and software, having knowledge of Telephony Gateway, IPPBX, IPPhone. • Good communication skills. • Graduation mandatory.
