What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul. **Must Have** - Red Hat OpenShift Subject Matter Expert (SME) architects, deploys, manages, and troubleshoots enterprise-grade container platforms across hybrid/cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - They drive DevOps adoption, automate with Ansible/Terraform, and support application migration, requiring 4-8 years of Linux, and OpenShift experience. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Platform Design & Architecture: Design secure, high-availability OpenShift clusters (on-prem/AWS/Azure/GCP) and define best practices for deployment. - Operations & Troubleshooting: Manage day-to-day cluster operations, including upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting complex node, networking (OVN-Kubernetes), and storage (CSI) issues. - Automation & DevOps: Implement GitOps workflows and build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible to automate application deployment and cluster configuration. - Containerization & Migration: Lead modernization efforts, containerizing applications and migrating workloads from legacy platforms (like VMware) to OpenShift. - Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including RBAC, pod security, and vulnerability scanning in compliance with enterprise standards. - Mentorship: Act as the technical lead, providing guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with developers and stakeholders **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education**
