**Key Skills:** Operational Excellence, Power Point, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Lean, Automation, Excel, Process Mapping, Stakeholder Management, Process Automation **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify root causes, define improvement opportunities, and support measurable operational outcomes. - Lead process improvement activities including process mapping, flow documentation, and standardization of operating practices. - Support operational excellence programs by building and maintaining performance tracking in Excel and communicating insights in PowerPoint. - Drive automation and operational effectiveness initiatives by partnering with teams to implement process automation where applicable. - Manage initiative execution end-to-end, including documentation, training support, and follow-through to completion. **Skills Required:** - 4+ years of experience in operational improvement, business projects, or acting as a subject matter expert. - Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for process improvement and operational excellence. - Process improvement and operational excellence experience in an operational environment. - Automation exposure to support improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness. - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze, present, and track initiative progress. Good to Have: - Process automation experience. - Stakeholder management experience across functions and geographies. - Process mapping experience using tools such as Visio. **Education :** Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience).
