**Key Skills:** Process Mapping, Visio, Six Sigma, Process Management, Lean, Flowchart **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Create process maps and flow representations to assess current workflows and identify gaps, structural issues, and improvement opportunities. - Engage with operational teams to gather insights, analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations. - Design improvement proposals and coordinate project plans to test, validate, and implement process changes across business areas. - Deliver changes through clear presentations, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption. - Collaborate with change enabling teams (e.g., Automation, Quality Assurance, Planning, NPS, Data & Analytics, Knowledge Xchange, Learning & Development) to measure impact after implementation. **Skills Required:** - 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, process engineering, or continuous improvement roles. - Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive structured process improvement. - Process management experience, including planning and execution of improvement initiatives. - Process mapping capability to document current-state workflows and support gap analysis. - Visio proficiency to create process maps and related diagrams for stakeholder communication. Good to Have: - Flowchart creation experience to strengthen process visualization and documentation. **Education:** Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation (any branch).
