Operation Theatre Technician

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Assist surgeons and the OT team during surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the operation theatre. - Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, consumables, and OT supplies are available and properly sterilized before procedures. - Follow strict infection-control, aseptic, and sterilization protocols at all times. - Handle OT equipment safely and report any malfunction or maintenance requirement promptly. - Assist with patient preparation, positioning, shifting, and maintaining OT safety standards. - Maintain proper documentation, instrument counts, stock records, and post-operative OT cleaning and turnover.
