Key Responsibilities - Design and develop impactful dashboards and data visualizations that transform complex risk data into clear, actionable insights - Implement and optimize workflows within the Palantir Foundry application suite to streamline operational risk processes - Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions using existing Operational Risk Management (ORM) applications - Leverage SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to create efficient and scalable reporting mechanisms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand diverse needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions - Automate routine processes using robotic process automation to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort - Maintain and enhance existing applications and solutions to ensure continued effectiveness and relevance - Analyze operational risk data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across the organization About the Team You'll be joining the Operational Risk Management Governance team within Group Functions Risk Management (GFRM) - a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven team dedicated to excellence in risk management. The team is focused on advancing operational risk activities in line with a clearly defined vision, applying technology and analytics expertise to enhance both the effectiveness and efficiency of operational risk management across the organization. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, risk management, or a related discipline - Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and delivering dashboards and/or developing workflows within the Palantir Foundry application suite (including CodeWorkbook, Code Repositories, Workshop, and Ontology Manager) - Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python) - Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have - Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) - Understanding of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks - Experience working in the financial services or insurance industry - Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles - Ability to prioritize multiple topics simultaneously and switch fluidly between detailed analytics and big-picture thinking - Experience working in multicultural, global environments Our company has a hybrid work model and the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
