This role involves overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, monitoring shipment flows, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across various service lines. The Operations Associate will track performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and service quality. The role also requires regular interaction with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations and adherence to safety and compliance standards. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including coordination, process execution, and basic understanding of logistics workflows. - Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. - Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to address shipment-related issues and support a positive client experience. - Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support is beneficial. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and follow standard operating procedures. - Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and willingness to learn logistics technology platforms. - A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
