This role keeps the e-commerce engine running smoothly and directly impacts customer experience and sales performance. **Job Title** Operations Executive **Key Responsibilities** - Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content accuracy on the seller portal - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment - Process and track orders from confirmation through delivery - Handle returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds - Update pricing and support promotional campaigns - Report on operational KPIs and flag issues proactively **Minimum Qualifications** - Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management - Familiarity with seller portals - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment - Strong attention to detail in catalog and inventory management - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Location: Bangalore Want to change the world?
