**Job description** **Role Purpose:** In Operations, you will manage end-to-end service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and partner retention. Your goal is to ensure that supply matches demand while maintaining high service quality and low operational costs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times, and execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction. - Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT). Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle. - Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage payouts and billing disputes. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
